Terms for using SubTrack.
Service
SubTrack is a subscription-management and budgeting tool. It helps you organize recurring services, dates, estimates and reminders. It does not control third-party subscriptions and cannot cancel a merchant subscription unless a future feature explicitly says so.
Financial information
Budget, currency, savings and renewal outputs are informational estimates, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Exchange rates, merchant prices and renewal dates may differ from actual charges. You are responsible for reviewing your provider statements and cancellation terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure and for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not use SubTrack to abuse services, access another person's data without permission, or submit unlawful content.
AI features
AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review any AI-generated subscription draft, budget suggestion or extracted receipt information before saving or acting on it.
Availability and changes
SubTrack may change, suspend or remove features as the product develops. We aim to protect existing account data and avoid breaking changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Premium and rewards
Premium access may be time-limited and tied to an account entitlement. In the current release, Premium time can be unlocked through the in-app reward mechanism. A paid checkout is not active unless SubTrack clearly presents a purchase flow and price before confirmation.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SubTrack is provided without guarantees that every reminder, estimate or integration will be error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
