Your subscription records belong to your account. Gmail access is optional, detected receipts are reviewed before adding, and reports are generated on your device.

Your account stores the subscriptions, budget, profile and feedback you provide.

Gmail

Connecting Gmail is optional. Read-only access is used to find subscription receipts. Detected service details and receipt subjects are stored for your review. Disconnect Gmail in Subscriptions to remove the stored connection, and revoke access in your Google account to remove the Google authorization.

Images and reports

Uploaded profile pictures use publicly accessible image links. Do not upload sensitive images. PDF and CSV reports are generated on your device.

SubTrackAI

When you send a chat request or receipt photo to SubTrackAI, relevant subscription and budget details and the image you chose are processed by Google Gemini. Your text chat messages are saved in your SubTrack account for history and can be cleared from the chat. Receipt photos are not stored in SubTrack chat history. SubTrackAI does not save a suggested subscription or profile photo until you confirm. Free-tier Gemini requests may be used by Google to improve its products; avoid uploading sensitive images. PDF reports are generated on your device.

Service providers

SubTrack uses Supabase for account data and storage, Vercel for hosting, and Google for sign-in and optional Gmail access. Service logos are loaded from Simple Icons. Currency estimates use ExchangeRate-API reference rates and may differ from card charges.
