This policy explains what SubTrack processes, why it is processed, and where to contact us about your data.
Information SubTrack processes
SubTrack may store account identity information supplied by the sign-in provider, profile details you choose to save, subscription records, budgets, renewal settings, activity history, feedback, notification endpoints, reward/Premium status and AI chat text. Optional Gmail receipt detection may process receipt-related message metadata and detected subscription details after you connect Gmail.
AI and receipt images
When you choose to use SubTrackAI, relevant account context and the text or image you submit may be sent to the configured Google Gemini service to produce a response. Text chat history can be stored in your SubTrack account. Receipt images are used for the request and are not intended to be stored in SubTrack chat history. Do not upload sensitive material that is unnecessary for the task.
Service providers
SubTrack uses service providers including Supabase for application data and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and server functions, Google for sign-in and optional Gmail/Gemini features, and Resend when email delivery is enabled. Reference exchange-rate and service-logo providers may also be used for non-sensitive display data.
How data is used
Data is used to operate your account, calculate subscription and budget views, provide renewal reminders, maintain security and reliability, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and deliver features you explicitly invoke.
Retention and requests
Account data may be retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. For access, correction or deletion requests, email privacy@nanoqt.app. Security vulnerabilities should be sent to security@nanoqt.app.
Advertising and sale of personal data
SubTrack does not sell your personal data to advertisers. If advertising is introduced, the product will identify advertising surfaces and update this policy where required.
Changes
This policy may be updated as SubTrack adds providers or features. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
